Last updated July 22, 2026

Using Sylph

By creating an account or using Sylph, you agree to use the product responsibly and follow these terms.

Sylph is provided as a planning, writing, organizing, and community workspace. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for the projects, notes, tasks, posts, replies, files, links, and other content you create or share.

Do not use Sylph to publish unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. Community features may be moderated to protect the quality and safety of the space.

AI-assisted features

Sylph may include AI-assisted features. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before applying them to your workspace or relying on them.

Availability and reliability

Sylph aims to preserve your work carefully, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect error-free operation.

You should keep separate copies of important information when loss of access would create meaningful risk.

Payments

Billing and paid subscription features are not promoted on the public website during this launch phase.

If paid features are enabled later, the applicable plan details, cancellation rules, refund policy, and payment provider terms should be published before accepting payments.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@sylph.live.

These terms are maintained by Sylph. Final jurisdiction language should be confirmed before public launch in the user's local jurisdiction.
